KATALYSATOR KAT passend für MAZDA RX8 2.6 WANKELMOTOR 141/170 KW 192/231 PS

Received different product than I pictured, it was the catalytic converter criticized by Essex rotary for being too restrictive. I wanted exactly the one on the picture because that one is good. Frederik from Customer Service told me it's an example image. Nowhere did it ever say it is an example image. Frederik:"Ja, grundsätzlich sind das natürlich auch Beispielbilder bei unseren Angeboten. Du hast den Artikel bekommen, den du bestellt hast" yes, it's a catalytic converter, but not the one I ordered. Catalytic converter arrived with a dent in the part where the monolith is in. Frederik says it doesn't influence the product, but why do I get a new and already damaged product? That's not what I pay for. I have a catalytic converter with 120.000km that still isn't dented. Frederik :"Ich kann dir dafür keinen neuen Kat vorab neu raus schicken. Der Schaden wird den Artikel nicht beeinflussen" Then I go to the garage. The catalytic converter doesn't fit at the rear side. The rear flange that connects to the rear damper turned 5 minutes clockwise (30+- degrees). Garage had to adjust and bend my rear damper to make it fit. Still doesn't fit perfectly. Contrary, the OEM catalytic converter i was replacing fit to the millimeter perfectly. Also the rear damper is OEM and fits perfectly. Customer Service dismissed the issue of dents in the product, was poorly packaged (two boxes bolted together to make a big box, box was too large for the product so it moved alot during transport). I was very upset, that I got a different non fitting product with dents. That it didn't fit, it cost me more money to install it and it still doesn't fit right. I didn't see the point of sending it back because Frederik from a customer support just said "Du hast den Artikel doch auch erhalten ... was fehlt denn ?" I can only imagine that I would get blamed for the dents anyway with no refund. They sent the product to Prague, ofcourse they thought I won't send it back to Germany, nor could I take any Legal action from so far away, it will not be worth it. I never had an issue with other German (car part) shops. I regret not ordering again from Autodoc.

Achtung bei verwendung der orginalauspuffanlage von mazda fehlen die gewindeschrauben am hinteren ende des Kats kann man aber improvisieren

Hat alles gepasst... Muss nicht immer ein teures Originalteil sein.

Den Kat habe ich für meinem Sohn bestellt, habe aber nichts negatives gehört.
